We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 15 days from delivery to start a return on most items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived in.
Eligible items
- Bats, gear, and apparel in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Accessories (gloves, pads, helmets, kit bags, balls in unopened packaging).
Not eligible
- Knocked-in or scuff-sheeted bats. Once the knocking-in or scuff-sheet service has been applied, the bat is considered customised and cannot be returned. Inspect the bat carefully before requesting these services.
- Used or worn items, including products with visible wear, scuffs, or sweat marks.
- Gift cards. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, but balances never expire.
- Lane bookings and academy sessions follow a separate cancellation flow — contact us at least 24 hours before your slot to reschedule.
How to start a return
- Email uscricketstorewebsite@gmail.com within the 15-day window with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll reply with return shipping instructions or, if applicable, ask you to bring the item to our Milpitas store.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of being issued, depending on your bank or card issuer. If your original order used a gift card, the gift card balance is restored automatically when we issue the refund.
