Shipping & pickup
We ship across the continental US and offer free in-store pickup at our Milpitas facility. Most orders ship within one business day.
Standard shipping
- $15.00 flat on all orders shipping within the continental United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $200.00 (subtotal before tax).
- Standard ground delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- We dispatch within one business day of payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Store pickup
Pick up your order in-store at no charge. Choose Store Pickupat checkout, and we'll email you the moment your order is ready to collect.

Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital is fine) and any photo ID. Orders are held for 14 days from the ready-for-pickup notification.
Outside the continental US
We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. If you need an order shipped outside our standard zone, get in touchand we'll see what we can do.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at uscricketstorewebsite@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. California orders include applicable state and local sales tax.
