1. Using this site

You may browse and shop at US Cricket Storefor personal, non-commercial use. By placing an order or creating an account you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors happen. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you place an order, we'll contact you promptly to either correct the order or refund you in full. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items that aren't available.

Payment is processed by PayPal. We don't see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping and pickup

See the shipping page for rates, delivery timeframes, and pickup details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (for shipped orders) or upon pickup (for in-store orders).

5. Returns

Returns are governed by the returns policy. Some items — including knocked-in or scuff-sheeted bats and gift cards — are non-returnable. Please review eligibility before requesting a return.

6. Lane bookings and academy

Lane bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice — contact us as soon as you know. Academy enrolment terms are provided at the time of registration.

While using our facility you agree to follow safety rules and coach instructions. Cricket carries inherent risk of injury; you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own equipment and conduct.

7. Gift cards

Gift cards are issued by US Cricket Store and can be redeemed towards products and lane bookings on this site. Gift cards never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), are non-refundable, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless we can verify the original purchase.

8. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual property

The site content, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of US Cricket Store or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and the products and services we offer are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Cricket Store's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
